Debbie Campsmith’s passion for interior design and staging began long before her career and training at The Studio. At a young age, she showed an innate awareness of spatial planning with considerations to function as well as aesthetic. What began as a skillset to create well designed spaces was then shaped by her education and experience working for design firms on commercial and residential projects.

Debbie earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Miami University and a Certificate in Human Resources, with Honors from UC Berkeley.

Debbie’s ability to listen to client needs, knowledge of current design trends, and understand her client’s vision has distinguished her as a well known designer within the Austin community. Charged with attention to detail, going above and beyond and guiding clients through the design and staging process is what sets her apart and makes her an approachable and respected professional. Debbie has the gift of being able to create clean, calming spaces with just the right amount of personality unique to each of her clients.

When she isn’t consumed with creating the ideal space, Debbie enjoys spending time with family, volunteering in her community, walking Town Lake and traveling. Debbie is also an active member of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA).

A native Texan, Tara Rainey graduated with a B.S. in Interior Design from the University of Texas at Austin and is a licensed Interior Designer. But her love of design and problem solving showed even as a child by building and decorating customized “Barbie Dream Houses” out of shoe boxes and whatever she could find. Tara has an intuitive sense of proportion, balance, and space. Combined with her mindful design strategies she’s able to achieve spaces that are both familiar and elegant.

Tara places strong value on client relationships. She believes a home should mirror the owner’s tastes and experiences so she goes the extra mile to really get to know her clients and form a true collaboration. Tara specializes in a variety of styles. To her, there is no place for cookie cutter design. She is known for mixing styles and incorporating her client’s cherished items with new ones creating the perfect blend of fresh, sentimental, and sometimes whimsical but always approachable, clean, and timeless. She strongly believes everyone deserves a beautiful home that also works with their lifestyle. Form and function must go hand in hand.

Tara is experienced in residential, retail, and restaurant design. When not designing, she is usually found cooking for her family and friends, gardening or hunting for treasures at estate sales.

“Debbie and the Loop One team did an amazing job listening to our ideas/desires and incorporating them into the design plan, which included suggestions we loved and had never even thought of doing. Debbie communicated with us throughout the entire process and was very responsive. I loved how she listened to what my vision was and made adjustments to the project when either budget or other issues became obstacles.” - Shannon

“I can’t say enough about Tara and Loop One Design.  A few projects led to the team designing our entire first floor. I loved every idea they had. From large pieces of furniture to small accessories every detail they thought of was perfect. The team is excellent at communication, keeping within a given budget and providing different visions and ideas.  I highly recommend Loop One Design and will use them for the rest of my home in the very near future!” -Meredith
